I am in a battle with the HOA, and need God’s intervention. I do not want to have to go to court to and pay excessive costs for an attorney. When I signed my mortgage the Title Insurance Company stated in writing that there was no HOA. The HOA has been threatening me with legal action for the past few years. The real estate attorney at my house sale, stated that he will continue to fight the HOA, but it will cost me more money than I can afford at this time. Please pray that the HOA will stop threatening me and this can be resolved in my favor.
